The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the product.     The estimated delivery time is influenced by several factors, primarily the geographical location of the seller and the buyer. It becomes available once the shipment is in transit.     You can track the status of your order through the tracking information provided by the shipping partner. The tracking details will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp and will also be available in your BOIP Marketplace account in the "Your Order" tab shipping column.

    Once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller, a refund will be initiated as per the seller's policy. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
