Directions to use: Put 5 gms green beans powder into 150 ml hot water of 90 C (bring water to boiling point and let the pan cool for one minute) and stir it. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes. Filter the brew and the drink is ready for consumption. The drink will be bitter in taste.You can add fruit juice or honey to mask the bitter taste( no sugar) Take 2-3 times daily.
