Shipping fees are determined by individual sellers on our platform. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the product. Some sellers may offer free shipping for specific products or order values, which will be clearly mentioned.

1.4. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is influenced by several factors, primarily the geographical location of the seller and the buyer. It becomes available once the shipment is in transit. It's important to bear in mind that these estimated delivery times are approximations, and the actual delivery timeline may fluctuate due to circumstances beyond our immediate control.

1.5. Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order through the tracking information provided by the shipping partner. The tracking details will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp and will also be available in your BOIP Marketplace account in the "Your Order" tab shipping column.

2. Returns and Refunds Policy

2.1. Return Eligibility

   b. Go to the 'My Orders' section.

   d. Click 'Return Item' and follow the instructions provided.

2.3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, the seller, or a combination of both, depending on the seller's policy and the reason for the return. The return shipping cost details will be provided during the return initiation process.

2.4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller, a refund will be initiated as per the seller's policy. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

2.5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact the seller immediately or reach out to our customer support team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, including arranging for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
