DOSA Mix
Dosa Mix is a combination of Rice, Salem idly rice, and Black gram (urad dal). Just pour water and mix it with hand. Allow it to soak for a couple of hours. Dosa batter is ready to use. Prepare sambar with Ammae sambar mix for a good combination.
